Day 12 on Standard Process Detox

Dr. Upston has been dealing with the smells that kalamazoo has to offer and has made it to day number 12 on the standard process detox. I have felt like I have had more energy than I have had in some years. Was able to play a pain free round of golf for the first time this year. I was finally able to add fish and chicken to my diet and it tasted amazing last night.  Total weight loss now at 16 lbs. Blood pressure is down to 118/76.
